DiamantGroupingDao<TEntity, TEntityGroup, TDataContext, TDataCommand, TDataReader>.OnGet (GroupBy, OrderBy, Paging) Method

By obtaining a data command via OnConfigureSelectCommand(TDataCommand,GroupBy,OrderBy,Paging) and then running that command, this inversion control method handles the request to obtain TEntityGroup aggregations composed of all TEntity entities in the read segment defined by TPagingCriteria, then grouped according to the GroupBy and finally sorted in the order defined by OrderBy.
